The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms that are a bit old-fashioned but very comfortable. The service is outstanding, especially at the front desk, with very accommodating and friendly staff. The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and within easy reach of retail services. The dining options, while not included for all guests, are sufficient with fresh, made-from-scratch pizza. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in certain areas.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything without needing a car. The service was a mix of rude moments but also professional and attentive encounters. While the rooms were trendy and had useful amenities, the noise issue was a significant drawback.
